The man is wanted on suspicion of false imprisonment in connection with the incident, which occurred about 11:15 a.m. Aug. 20 at UC San Diego Airway Research & Clinical Trials Center on Dickinson Street.

Authorities said the man pictured walked into a locker room at a Hillcrest clinic and kept a woman from leaving a restroom.
